1. How can I place an order?

Simply select your desired product, choose the size, and click Add to CartCheckout.
Fill in your details and confirm your order.


2. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)


3. How long does delivery take?

Delivery time varies depending on your city:

  • Major Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Other Areas: 4–7 working days


4. Do you offer exchange or returns?

Yes, we offer exchange in case of:

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong item received

  • Manufacturing defect

Exchange must be requested within 2 days of receiving the order.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or WhatsApp.
You can track your parcel on the courier’s website.


6. Can I change my order after placing it?

You can request changes within 4 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.


7. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Don’t worry!
Contact us with your order number and product pictures — we will arrange an exchange.


8. Do you restock sold-out items?

Yes, many items are restocked.

9. Are your sizes true to fit?

Yes, our sizing is standard.
However, size charts are available on product pages for guidance.
