Returns & Exchanges Policy – NUA Official
At NUA Official, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free exchanges under the conditions mentioned below.
1. Exchange Eligibility
We offer Exchange Only (No Refunds) in the following cases:

Wrong size received

Wrong product delivered

Manufacturing defect
-
Damaged item received
To be eligible, the product must be:

Unused
-
Unwashed
-
In its original packaging
-
With all tags attached
2. Exchange Timeframe
You must request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
Requests after 2 days will not be accepted.
3. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
The following items cannot be exchanged:

Sale items / Discounted products
-
Used or washed items
-
Items with perfume, stains, or damage
4. Exchange Process

Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email.

Share your order number and clear pictures of the item.

Once approved, ship the item back to us.

After inspection, we will process your exchange.
5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping charges are paid by the customer.

If you received a wrong or damaged item, then return charges are covered by NUA Official.
6. Delivery Time for Exchange Orders
Once we receive and verify the returned item, the exchange product will be shipped within 3–5 working days.
7. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order.
Once processed for shipment, cancellation is not possible.
